Poppy Collective is a yoga and mindfulness practice rooted in play, emotional safety and nervous system awareness. Founded by two best friends, and certified yoga teachers, the Poppy Collective offers trauma-informed movement and mindfulness experiences to help humans, big and small, feel safe in their bodies, connected to their breath, and supported in expressing big feelings. Our offerings emphasize consent, imagination, and curiosity, meeting students exactly where they are, without pressure to perform or “be calm.”
