Poppy Collective offers trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness for humans big & small through group classes, private sessions, school programs, and community partnerships. We also host parent-child classes, pop-ups, and special events designed to support connection, regulation, and emotional wellbeing, and all through a gentle, play-based approach.

Kid focused workshops
We break kids up into two age groups:
Ages 3-7 (play based, animal poses, stories)
Ages 8-12 (feelings, breath, imagination)
